I realized about a week ago that the last entry I wrote was really sad, as it was right after Audrey's surgery. How awful of me to leave you hanging like that for a month! Everything was fine...I wrote that on the day of, and the next day she was completely back to normal. In fact, we're really singing the ear tube praises now, because she's just come down with the sniffles and...no ear infections! We had her regularly scheduled 15 month appt today, so doc could check and her ears look clear. So yay!! Everything else is just right as rain with her...she's got the body of a 15 month old and the head of a 3 year old. Well, head circumference, that is. She's got a big noggin, but it's all fulla cute stuff. So anyway, I've been lax because my big annual deadline for work related things is Aug 31, so I've been putting my extra mental efforts toward ice cream. I realize just how old fogey I've gotten, when I hear how "plugged in" kids are these days, and when I get home from work one of the last things I want to do is get on the computer again! Oh well. That may change because Cory is giving me his laptop after he buys another one. So I'll have my very own! I mean, I always have my work laptop, but I don't like to bring it home all the time. Anyway, this is a very boring entry, isn't it? Does anyone want to hear about my thoughts on the fed and interest rates? Didn't think so. I'll write again when something more exciting is happening...and I'll certainly fix the ugliness of my blog, since Cory "upgraded" and took away my cute pink bubbles. Every blog should have cute pink bubbles, don't you think? Hope all is well to all my loved ones!
